BASIC INFORMATION
1. SUBJECT
This document represents the general terms and conditions of Balevi Group Ltd., which regulate the terms of use of balevibrands.eu, the conclusion of a purchase and sale contract with the Seller, the cookie policy and the personal data policy.

"Balevi Group" Ltd. was established in 2011. The company is engaged in import and wholesale of fast-moving consumer goods, has its own warehouse, transport and logistics. Balevi Brands is an online trading platform of Balevi Group.

3. CHARACTERISTICS AND USE OF THE ELECTRONIC STORE
The Buyer declares his desire to order and purchase Goods through the Site by placing an Order electronically or by phone and which is registered by him/her.
BALEVIBRANDS sends a notification to the Buyer. This notification is made electronically (email) or by phone.
Any use of the Site means that you have carefully read the general terms and conditions and have agreed to comply with them.
4. ORDER
The Buyer may place Orders on the Site by adding the desired Products for purchase, following the steps indicated on the Site.
A Product added to the Cart can be purchased if available. Adding a Product to the Cart without completing the Order does not result in the registration of the order and the automatic saving of the Product.
The Buyer undertakes and is responsible for ensuring that all data provided to BaleviBrands in connection with the Order are correct.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the User has the right to access his or her own Personal Data that he or she has entered or that has become known to BaleviBrands when using the Site.
BaleviBrands informs that the personal data provided by the User is not transferred to third parties for advertising and/or promotional purposes.
6. PAYMENT
The prices of the Goods announced on the Site are final and include VAT, as well as all other taxes and fees provided for in the current Bulgarian legislation.
The price and method of payment are indicated in each Order.
At the moment, payment is possible only through the option "Cash on delivery via postal money transfer".
7. DELIVERY
The Seller delivers the ordered and purchased Products via a courier company to the address or office of the courier company - BaleviBrands is not responsible for incorrectly entered or submitted by the User information regarding the delivery address.
The Seller ensures the appropriate packaging of the Products and the sending of the accompanying documents. If by any chance the shipment does not contain a document necessary for the ordered product, please contact us via any of the methods indicated on the Site and we will do everything possible to provide it to you as soon as possible.
8. RETURN
Any product purchased from the BaleviBrands online store is subject to return within 10 days of receipt by the Customer. The product must be in a decent commercial condition, its integrity must not be violated, with its packaging and label intact.
Products that do not meet the above conditions are not subject to exchange or return.
When exchanging a product, all courier costs are at the expense of the Customer.
9. RIGHTS
The brands and names of the products contained in the online store may be the property of third parties. This does not mean that after accessing the online store a license or right to use any brand is granted without the consent (in writing) of a third party.
Any type of information available on the Online Store (images, articles, etc.) is informative. It should not be interpreted as guidelines or advice from the supplier to the user.
The Provider may change the general terms and conditions at any time and does not guarantee the constant functioning of the Online Store.
